Request for the Addition of a Link or Other Information to the SPAHP Home Page

The purpose of this form is to provide SPAHP faculty and staff a means to make requests for the addition of a hyperlink or information to the SPAHP home page. All fields must be completed for the request to be considered. Completed forms must be submitted electronically as an email attachment to the SPAHP Webmaster, Mr. Arvind Jagannathan at Arvind@creighton.edu.
The process for making decisions to add hyperlinks or information is as follows:
- Complete this SPAHP Home Page Hyperlink/Information Request form located at http://olat.creighton.edu/forms
- Request is reviewed by SPAHP webmaster who suggests either approval or denial of the request accompanied by supporting comments.
- Request is forwarded to SPAHP Executive Director of eLearning and Academic Technologies who, in consultation with the SPAHP Senior Associate Dean, approves or denies the request.
- Outcome of request is communicated to requestor by SPAHP Executive Director of eLearning and Academic Technologies
The primary purpose of the SPAHP home page is to communicate who we are as a School, what activities we engage in, and provide intuitive pathways to detailed information so visitors can find out more about the School. The principal audience for the home page is persons outside of the School. When contemplating adding a link to the SPAHP home page, the questions to consider are: Does the link increase the value of the School? Does it take end users to information related to an area the School is known for or wishes to be known for?
